Holiday hours & we're open longer until Christmas
Fa la la la laaa... what a wonderful year it's been! If you are thinking of visiting us or shopping our online store this festive season here is a little guide to hours, delivery cut offs and more.
Bricks and Mortar
Our bricks and mortar store will be open 9am - 4pm Tuesday through Sunday until Christmas to give you that extra time to do your shopping. Drop by up until 4pm on Christmas Eve on Thursday 24th of December.
Closed Mondays as usual.
We'll be closing for Christmas from Friday the 25th of December, reopening and trading as usual from Saturday 2nd of January.
Local Delivery
We'll be delivering within 25km of the warehouse right up until Wednesday the 23rd of December, with last order cut offs at 11am that day. All orders placed after this time will be delivered on Monday 11th of January.
You might like to take advantage of our FREE local delivery promotion, see details here. We'll deliver to your door within 72 hours to take the hassle out of Christmas, last orders by 11am on 18th of December.
Online Store
Our online store is open 24/7 and is open for orders.
Please note that any items for shipping cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and we do not offer express postage.
All orders placed for shipping or delivery after 11am on 23rd of December will be posted and/or sent out on 11th of January 2021.
Workshops and Vouchers
If you would like to purchase a gift voucher you can do that online here, these can be spent in the store or on workshops.
If you would like to be more sustainable this Christmas and gift an experience, you can do that here too.
Office
If you have an event with us or have a question for our office we will be closed from 2pm on Tuesday 22nd of December and will reopen 9am Monday 4th of January. Be sure to get your enquiries in with plenty of time if you need us or we'll be back to you on our return.
