Stackwood is a trading name of Stackwood Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia under ABN 21357456046.
Stackwood operates from Stackwood, 10 Stack Street, Fremantle.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.stackwood.net.au and the purchase of any goods from it. www.stackwood.net.au is owned and operated by Stackwood Pty Ltd (ABN).
Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Stackwood reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.
Prices and Payment
Prices given in each product exclude delivery (will be added at checkout) with the exception of 'gifts delivered'. The price may change without notice, but any new price will be clearly displayed on our website.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard through Shop Pay and Google Payments. If you are unable to process your payment using these methods, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Credit Card Security
Stackwood is a safe and secure online shopping website. We utilise SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication software in place to ensure that your credit card and account details remain secure. Both payment gateways that we use (Shop Pay and Google Payments) are internationally renowned companies for secure payments.
Payment must be confirmed before we can deliver your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order once your payment has been processed. If you do not, there may have been a problem with processing your order. Please contact us if this happens by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Local delivery is included for our 'gifts delivered' products. Local delivery cost for all other items in our online store will be a flat rate of $15, combined if you are ordering more than one product.
We deliver within 25km of our Fremantle warehouse at 10 Stack St, Fremantle only.
Deliveries will be made any time after 11am between Monday to Friday. Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. We do not deliver on weekends.
All orders placed before 11am weekdays will receive same day delivery unless specified by you in the 'special instructions' upon checkout or using the calendar for 'gifts delivered'. If you miss this window your order will be delivered the next delivery day.
Our delivery service remains contactless to protect you and our drivers ongoing.
We will place your order in what we deem to be the safest spot and take a photo of your delivery if there is no one to receive it.
If there is no safe location items will be returned back to the warehouse for redelivery (fee incurred) or local pick up from our Fremantle store (no charge).
Local Pick Up
Local pick up is available from our Fremantle warehouse at 10 Stack St, Fremantle any time during opening hours. Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be eligible for same day pick up. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
If you'd like to pick it up on an advanced date please specify this in the 'special instructions' when you check out.
We can still gift wrap local pick up orders, as well as provide our potting service - simply add these to your cart.
Once plants leave our warehouse they are in your care and we will not accept refunds on stock damaged during transport.
You might like to ensure you have enough room in your car to accomodate your order and we suggest you use something like plastic sheeting, cardboard or old green bags to protect the surfaces in your vehicle. These are also helpful to restrict the movement of your plants.
We suggest against transporting anything in open air vehicles like utes as this is likely to damage your plants.
Do not leave your plants in your vehicle for any amount of time, they are likely to burn or get heat damage.
If you are outside our delivery zone (within 25km of our warehouse at 10 Stack St, Fremantle) we can post to you. We use our favourite carrier Sendle for a reliable postal experience. Delivery fee is dependant on the item, it's dimensions, weight and your location, and will be calculated at the check out.
Please note, we do not post plants or plant material including potting mix. All orders placed for these items will be rejected and a refund will be sent back onto the card you paid with.
All orders for post will be packed the next business day and delivery will be dependant on the standard Sendle postage times.
We pack all our orders using recycled boxing and compostable bags to reduce our impact on the planet.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your Stackwood products (plants not included) please contact us at email@example.com for an exchange.
Returns can be made via our bricks and mortar store during opening hours or via local delivery or post. Return post and/or local delivery costs must be covered by the customer. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Plants cannot be returned or refunded.
We are unable to offer a refund if the incorrect delivery information is given to us. It is the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
All attempts will be made to contact the sender to find a solution but failing that a redelivery fee will be charged.
All of our orders are packaged with the upmost care to ensure they reach you in the best possible state.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your green goodies, please let us know immediately so we can do our best to make things right. If you need further assistance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to refund workshop bookings or make exchanges to other workshops/products. If you are unable to attend you are more than welcome to send a friend along in your place. Please contact us at email@example.com if you intend to do so.
Credit will not be offered under any circumstances.
Stackwood reserves the right to cancel or makes changes to the location and instructor of any course or class. In the rare instance that Stackwood cancels a workshop, a full refund will be made and reasonable advance notice will be given.
By enrolling in a class you are giving permission to be photographed. Photos may be used by Stackwood for promotional purposes.
All workshops take place at Stackwood unless otherwise stated – parking is available at the front the premises on Stack St and on the North side of premises on Wood St, Fremantle.
All our catering for workshops is dairy free, gluten free and vegetarian.
Please inform us of any allergies or food issues you may have at least one week prior to the workshop and we will do our best to accomodate you.
We love little ones however all our classes aren't 100% suited to bringing children along to for health and safety reasons.
We suggest having a helper bringing your baby in for a feed if applicable to you or having them spend time in the cafe with a responsible adult if it's a short class. This gives you a break so you can have a calm and relaxing experience crafting, and we can keep you all safe.
