Conversation: Planning Your Year with Intention


Reflecting on the previous year, goal-setting and planning; this conversation will be a great way to start your new year. Stackwood co-owner Emma Williamson will host Cristina Londono, Bo Wong and Sarah Wallwork to chat about how they plan for their year ahead and how to stay accountable.

We'll have a short panel discussion and lots of time for questions to follow.

About Cristina

Cristina Londono has been immersing herself in brands and businesses for over 20 years. She launched Wallnut Studio in 2007 as a way to merge her interests in the disciplines of entrepreneurship, mindset and design. Cristina has a deep understanding of how entrepreneurs think and feel, she works closely with clients nationally and internationally, mentoring them from dream to action.

About Bo

Bo Wong is a professional photographer based between Denmark and Fremantle. Bo has spent two decades refining her technical skills and understanding of the unique needs of artists and creative businesses. With a degree in Communications, Bo runs workshops and professional developments including for the Stackwood School and multiple-day retreats at NewFarm, she also co-hosts the Soul Traders podcast.

About Sarah

Sarah Wallwork is owner at Bodyschool, an outdoor fitness business in the Walyalup ( Freo) area. Her passion is sharing her ideas around ageing with vitality. These include the importance of building strength and fitness through movement, getting adequate sleep and rest, making wonderful predominantly plant based food and sharing the joy of a fun community. Sarah can be found in the ocean at South Beach most mornings and loves cooking delicious food  for friends and family. She loves animals and the natural world and enjoys trail running and training for events like the Margaret River Ultra in a team. She believes in pushing to live your values through planning and consistently showing up. Perfection is not the goal, just showing up for yourself and others in little ways everyday. She lives with her husband David and has two adult daughters, Stella and Ginger.

Meet new people + practice presence while learning a valuable craft or skill.

Curated workshops are held in our beautiful, light-filled hall, and
range from gardening knowhow to pottery, wood carving to cooking. Enjoy learning new — or indeed old — skills, and leave with a lovely object of your own making.
