How does delivery work?
All deliveries are contactless due to the current health crisis. Our delivery hours are between 12pm - 7pm, Monday to Friday. Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. To protect you and our drivers we will place your order in what we deem to be the safest spot and take a photo of your delivery. Please do not approach our drivers, wait until they leave to bring your items inside.
Please note, we are not able to deliver to workplaces or hospitals at this time, we will happily deliver to private residences.

Can I collect from in store?
We offer contactless local pick up from our warehouse at 10 Stack St, Fremantle. Simply select this option when checking out. Pick ups can be made between 9am - 2pm Tuesday to Friday.
Orders made before 11am are eligible for same day collection, or please specify a day in the notes. You will be alerted by email/sms when your order is ready to collect. Orders must be collected within 72 hours unless you have communicated otherwise with us.
For contactless collection simply call (08) 9335 9834 when you arrive and we'll bring it out to your car, or if you'd rather drop in that's fine too - we are open to browse 9am - 2pm Tuesday - Friday.
When collecting, please ensure you have enough room in your car to accomodate your order, we suggest you use something like plastic sheeting, cardboard or old green bags to protect the surfaces in your vehicle. These are also helpful to restrict the movement of your plants. We suggest against transporting anything in open air vehicles like utes as this is likely to damage your plants. Do not leave your plants in your vehicle for any amount of time, they are likely to burn or get heat damage.
Once plants leave our warehouse they are in your care and we will not accept refunds on stock damaged during transport.
Are you open to browse?
Yes, due to the easement of restrictions our bricks and mortar is now open to browse 9am - 2pm Tuesday to Friday. We hope to be up to full hours soon. Thanks for your patience whilst we slowly reopen our warehouse. You can read more about this here.
How are we keeping you safe?
What if my order is a gift?
If your order is a delivery simply add the recipients address into the 'Shipping Address'. You can choose to have your items gift wrapped free of charge. To enable free gift wrapping simply tick the box in cart or add the product directly to your basket. You can add a gift note in cart or we have greeting cards for purchase. We also offer an affordable potting service across the board if you'd prefer not to get messy or you would like your gift potted.
