What are our delivery options?
We offer local delivery, pick up and postage. You'll be able to choose from one of these in the check out.
Local delivery is included for our 'gifts delivered' products. Local delivery cost for all other items in our online store will be a flat rate of $15, combined if you are ordering more than one product. Or free if your order for delivery is over $100.
We deliver within 25km of our Fremantle warehouse at 10 Stack St, Fremantle only.
Deliveries will be made any time after 11am between Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day or on days other than specified.
All orders placed before 11am will receive same day delivery (or next day delivery depending on the day you order) unless specified by you in the 'special instructions' upon checkout or using the calendar for 'gifts delivered'.
If you miss this window your order will be delivered the next delivery day.
Our delivery service remains contactless to protect you and our drivers ongoing. We will place your order in what we deem to be the safest spot and take a photo of your delivery if there is no one to receive it. If there is no safe location items will be returned back to the warehouse for redelivery (fee incurred of $15) or local pick up from our Fremantle store (no charge).
Local Pick Up
Local pick up is available from our Fremantle warehouse at 10 Stack St, Fremantle any time during opening hours. Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be eligible for same day pick up. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
If you'd like to pick it up on an advanced date please specify this in the 'special instructions' when you check out.
If you are outside our delivery zone (within 25km of our warehouse at 10 Stack St, Fremantle) we can post to you. We use our favourite carrier Sendle for a reliable postal experience. Delivery fee is dependant on the item, it's dimensions, weight and your location, and will be calculated at the check out.
Please note we do not post plants or plant material including potting mix.
All orders for post will be packed the next business day and delivery will be dependant on the standard Sendle postage times. We pack all our orders using recycled boxing and compostable bags to reduce our impact on the planet.

We deliver within 25km of our Fremantle warehouse at 10 Stack St. We also post Australia-wide for all items except for plants.
How do I order a gift?
If your order is a gift you might like to make use of our 'gifts delivered' service. Want more flexibility? You can visit our online store where you can get local delivery on any pot and plant combination for a flat fee of $15 within 25km from our warehouse, free for orders over $100.
We deliver on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
We offer free gift wrapping which you will be prompted for when you add your product to cart. When you select this you'll also get a free gift message in a custom printed card by Neighbourhood Press.
We also offer an affordable potting service if you'd prefer not to get messy or you would like your gift potted, simply add this service to cart.
How do I know a the plant I like will fit into the pot I order?
Just check the specifications on the product page of the item you love. We've given you the measurements of each so you can see if they match up. Simple! If you make a mistake we'll get in contact and provide an alternative.
Can I order a 'gift delivered' and my own order in one transaction?
If you are ordering a gift for a friend or family member best to pop it in a seperate transaction so that we can get the correct postage sorted for you.
I want to add an extra gift to my 'gift delivered', how do I do that?
Select one of our great add ons when you are entering the delivery details and it'll automatically pop into your cart. If there is something else you want to add that we do not list pop through a seperate transaction, choose 'local pick up' and leave us a note. We'll make sure it's added to your order.
