Products + Ordering
How do I know my plants will be healthy?
We make sure we only stock the healthiest plants at Stackwood, and take excellent care of all our plants while they’re in the warehouse. We guarantee that plants will arrive at your doorstep in good health.
If your plant does arrive damaged or it doesn’t meet your expectations, please take a photo and send through to info@stackwood.net.au along with your order number. We’ll happily replace it or refund your money.*
How do I find a pot to fit my new plant?
We’ve grouped all our pots, planters, baskets and vessels by size so you can easily find the perfect partner for your new plant. For example, if your new plant comes in a 120mm pot, filter your pots + planters selection by clicking ‘Fits 120mm pot’. You'll be shown only those planters that are the right size for your new plant. Easy peasy!

Orders over $125 receive free local delivery.
Can I request a specific delivery day?

What suburbs do you deliver to?

Do you deliver to hospitals and/or shopping centres?
We deliver to residential and commercial properties, including houses, apartments, schools and offices. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to hospitals or shopping centres.
I live outside of your delivery area, can I still place an order?
If you live beyond 25km of our Fremantle warehouse we may be able to post your items to you instead. Please note we do not post plants or plant material including potting mix, but we can post pots and homewares. Alternatively, send us an email and we’ll do our best to help.
What if I'm not home when my delivery comes?
If there is nobody home when we deliver your order then we will place it in a safe spot and take a photo. If there is no safe location your items will be returned to the warehouse for re-delivery or pick up. Please note in the case of re-delivery a fee of $15 will be charged.
I live nearby, can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Local pick up is available from our Fremantle warehouse at 10 Stack Street, Fremantle. You can pick up any time Tuesday–Sunday between 9am and 4pm.
Orders placed before 11am Tuesday to Friday will be eligible for same-day pick up. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
If you'd like to pick up your order on a future date, please specify this in the 'special instructions' at checkout.
Can I have my order posted?
If you are outside our delivery zone, or if you don't want local delivery, we can post to you. We use our favourite carrier Sendle for a reliable postal experience.
Delivery fee is dependent on the item, its dimensions, weight and your location, and will be calculated at the check out.
Please note we do not post plants or plant material including potting mix.
All orders for post will be packed the next business day and delivery will be dependent on the standard Sendle postage times. We pack all our orders using recycled boxing and compostable bags to reduce our impact on the planet.
Stockist Enquiries
I'm a maker, will you stock my items in your store?
Our store operates on a curated basis, however, makers and designers wishing to have work considered are welcome to contact us via email.
Please note we are not able to meet with walk-ins or cold call submissions — all submissions must be made via email. We receive a high number of stockist enquiries and are unfortunately not able to reply to all.
If you're submitting an enquiry via email, please include good-quality images of your products, links to your website and/or social media, a short biography and current stockists (if any).

Is my booking refundable if I need to cancel?
