How to use

  • Simply pot your plant in as normal and using good quality potting mix. 

  • Water from above the first time to help the potting mix settle in. Excess water gathers in the water well at the bottom. The plant will begin to wick up the remaining water from the well.a

  • Once the water dries out it's time to begin topping up via the opening in the well. Topping up via the well helps the plant get a good airing out between watering.

  • Don't be afraid to let the water well remain dry for a while, especially in cold, wet and dark areas when plants don't need as much water.

  • Not only is it convenient and looks great, the pot is a great way to see how much water is being used and to get to know your plants and their needs!

Delivery, postage and pick up

You can choose at checkout whether you would like your items delivered, posted or made available for pick up. Please note we cannot post plants – these need to be picked up or delivered.

If you place an order but don't need it right away please specify a delivery or pick up date in the 'special instructions' at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.  

Delivery
We deliver locally within 25km of our Fremantle warehouse on Tuesdays and Fridays. Order cut-off for same-day delivery (Tues, Fri) is 9am. Orders placed after 9am on a delivery day or on any other day will be delivered the following delivery day, unless specified otherwise. If you would like to request a specific delivery date please let us know in the notes section at checkout.

Postage
We pack all orders for postage the next business day and you'll be notified when they are on their way. We cannot guarantee a delivery date but we will always get your order to you as soon as possible.

Pick up
All orders for pick up will be made available to collect on the same day if ordered before 11am, or the following day if ordered after 11am. Pickups can be made during store hours.

We’ve grouped all indoor plants by the size of their nursery pot so you can easily find the perfect partner for your new pot. For example, if your new planter fits a 120mm pot, look for a plant that comes in a ‘120mm pot’. Easy peasy!
