We’re so excited to host a beautiful canvas bell tent from Margaret River based Wild Goose Camping at Stackwood this weekend.
There is something so romantic about these canvas tents which seem to suggest wild locations and evenings spent under the stars. ‘The tents have a unique feel when you are in them: a feeling of calm and simplicity, dreaminess yet adventure. In the fast pace times we are living in, there is more of a need for this these days’ says Wild Goose Camping co-founder Chloe Sparkes.
Chloe and partner Clint bought their own family tent over 11 year ago when they were based in Cornwall in the UK and enjoyed many camping holidays in it. After relocating to Australia, the idea of starting their own camping experience business became a reality. Chloe says: ’Both Clint and I share a love of things creative and nomadic. So this business idea seemed to be a natural progression.’
‘We believe getting out into nature is one of the best tonics for the soul. It gives us pleasure to help people access that. But with a few added creature comforts, luxuries and convenience. We want to create a space and experience to relax and reconnect, getting into the outdoors with comfort and ease.’
