You will find Comida do Sul at Stackwood every Wednesday night through summer serving up Brazillian street eats and community vibes in our newly renovated backyard.
The first evening of STACKFEAST kicks off 18th of October with charcoal meats, tropical salads, beans & rice, and gluten-free / vegetarian options.
Comida do Sul landed in the Perth scene back in 2013. Run by husband and wife duo, Dany Flauzino and Joel Rees, set out to bring the best of Brazilian street food to downtown Fremantle.
Comida do Sul, roughly translates to ‘food of the South’, and showcases the traditional yet exotic flavours of home-cooked Brazilian fare.
Comida was inspired by the balmy nights, vibrant street life and good food from Dani’s native Brazil. In a country like Australia, where the weather is warm and the beach is often close at hand, it made sense to establish a new way of eating in the great outdoors. A match we think is perfect for our Fremantle warehouse garden!
STACKFEAST will be at Stackwood every Wednesday night through summer from 18th of October, 5pm - 8pm. Buy a plate and load up with charcoal meats, tropical salads, beans & rice. Dine in or takeaway, BYO plate welcome!
