Sunday Service at Stackwood

Sunday morning coffee with a side of soul; we had the pleasure of hosting Sukhta Yoga's second ever Sunday loving' Church Service at Stackwood. 

This isn't your usual yoga practice, soul sisters Phoebe Jones and Lara Dwyer bring together a community of yoga-lovers to stretch, twist and reconnect to soul tunes of the 60s and 70s.

Sunday Service offers an uplifting and soulful practice, steeped in the traditions of Yoga, spiced with music and inspiration. The classes are a community celebration, focused on connecting to self so you can feel good and move freely. Pheobe and Lara have created a warm and inviting community space where people gather to move, breathe and have a fun time.
