Made Local Market Wrap Up

A big thank you to everyone who was involved in the second Made Local Market. It was a huge success, with record attendance and a vibrant selection of makers offering up the most incredible array of handmade and local goods.

This time around the market stretched right over the weekend to host food trucks Comida do SulGary's Diner and Flitch and Leaven who offered up Brazillian street eats and comfort food to the masses.

We enjoyed mulled wine, doughnuts by Mary Street Bakery, coffee by Stacked Cafe and a special performance by local folk musician Lucy Peach on the Friday evening. 

We were so overwhelmed by the incredible community support for the market. A massive thank you to all the vendors involved and all those who attended on the day! 
 


 Mira Design and her shared stand with Sole Ceramics offering up illustrations and hand-thrown ceramics made from their home studios 

The locally-sourced flower bar by East Fremantle's Floral Army was a big hit over the weekend, featuring proteas from Yelverton Farm in Margaret River

 Colourwash Creative's colourful selection of cards and hand-painted clutches, made in White Gum Valley 

Narayani Palmer Ceramics busy selling their hand-made ceramics and succulents, a staple in the Fremantle ceramic scene

 

Local jewelry designer Brave Slaves taking custom orders and creating some new pieces during the market 

  

Stackwood residents Clean Slate Skincare and Winterwares opening their beautiful studios to the public during the market

Stackwood store opened their doors into the night so people could add to their urban jungles 

Market go-ers browsing Deli and Many Peaks Assembly's set up - sustainable, made-to-order and damn fine!

 Lucy PeachFremantle’s home grown folk musician, bringing the house down with a dreamy unplugged set
