Made Local Market: Summer Edition
The Made Local Market is back at Stackwood this November bringing you all the best local wares, eats and music across one big weekend. This edition arrives just in time for your Christmas shopping and will host more than 30 stalls selling locally-made wares such as ceramic planters, artist prints, clothing, textiles and jewellery.
The market will host brand new stallholders and some of our staple favourites under the one warehouse roof, including Sole Ceramics, Sarana Haeata, Flora Waycott, Many Peaks Assembly, Kura Studio and Namu Leathergoods.
The Stackwood studio residents will also be opening their doors so you can get a behind the scenes look into the warehouse, including the Winterwares ceramic studio, Neighbourhood Press' print store and Clean Slate Skincare's apothecary.
The market will host food trucks slinging fresh Summer eats including Brazillian street food by Comida do Sul, hand-crafted fare by Eat No Evil and vegan soul delights by Bean Eatin', plus coffee and treats by Stacked Cafe.
Kuld Creamery will join us once again, serving up some of the best ice cream in town, Floral Army's stand will be overflowing with fresh blooms for you to take home and you'll be able to pick up your bread from Fable Bakery (slow-fermented sourdough, yes please!)
Our feature artist Racoo will be playing a very special set for us at 6pm on Friday evening. To celebrate the Stackwood bar will be pouring local craft beer from Otherside Brewing and natural wines curated by Wise Child Wine Store.
Kid-friendly activities will be happening right throughout the weekend including natural decoration making with Stackwood market veteran. Earth Friendly Art. Activities are by a suggested donation of $3 - $5 each.
Our concept store will also be full of plants to add to your urban jungle.
The market runs all weekend 29th of November - 1st of December 2019.
