Delivery, Shipping and Pick Up

Local Delivery

Our local delivery service is charged at a flat rate of $15 or free if your local delivery order comes to more than $100. We deliver within 25km of our Fremantle warehouse to these suburbs.

Deliveries are made after 11:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Cut off for same-day delivery (on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) is 11:00am. Orders placed on non-delivery days will be delivered on the next delivery day, unless specified by you in the 'special instructions' upon checkout.

We will place your order in what we deem to be the safest spot and take a photo of your delivery if there is no one to receive it. If there is no safe location to leave your items they will be returned to the warehouse. Please note additional fees apply for redelivery. You may pick up from our Fremantle store at no charge.

Workshops

Refunds and Exchanges

All workshop ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class you are more than welcome to send a friend in your place. Please contact us at info@stackwood.net.au if you intend to do so, to ensure we have up-to-date records for attendees.

Workshop postponements or cancellations are decided by Stackwood and will be re-accommodated, not refunded.

Stackwood reserves the right to cancel workshops or makes changes to the location and instructor of any class. In the rare instance that Stackwood cancels a workshop, a full refund will be provided.

Photography

By enrolling in a class you are giving permission to be photographed. Photos may be used by Stackwood for promotional purposes.

Location

All workshops take place at Stackwood unless otherwise stated – parking is available at the front the premises on Stack St and on the East side of premises on Wood St, Fremantle.

Catering

Please inform us of any allergies or food issues you may have at least one week prior to the workshop and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Children

We love kiddies, however our classes are not suitable for children for health and safety reasons. If you are breastfeeding, we suggest having a helper bring your baby in for a feed. This gives you a break so you can have a calm and relaxing experience crafting, and we can keep everyone safe.
